Click on the “GO TO PET PORTAL” button which will open a new page.

After selecting “LOGIN”, you will enter your email address, phone number, first name, and last name. For security, you will then receive a verification code via email with a 6-digit code to enter for the final login step.

If you do not receive a verification code, please send us a message with the correct spelling of your first and last name, phone number, and email address. We will double check our records to make sure they line up, because a misspell can be the cause of not receiving a code.
